Rebecca Sharpe

Rebecca Sharpe is the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director at Cathay Pacific, a role she took on during the pandemic. She has a long career in finance within the Swire Group and is credited with steering the airline back to profitability. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

She is a vocal advocate for gender equality and diversity in the workplace, co-sponsoring Cathays Gender Equity Network. Rebecca is also passionate about womens health issues, actively working to raise awareness and support for menopause in a professional environment by sharing her own experiences.

Rebecca is the first female Chief Financial Officer in the history of Cathay Pacific.
