Renata Fara

Renata is an experienced economist and logistician with 35 years in finance and accounting, including 21 years in management. She has held roles such as Deputy Financial Director and Head of Internal Control, primarily within the KOPEX Group. People who have worked with her describe her as reasonable, reliable, and responsible.

Outside of her corporate career, Renata is passionate about business psychology and sustainable development. She is deeply committed to mentorship, having guided a student through six years of medical school and now into her specialization as part of a social project she has been involved with long-term.

Unique fact: In 2015, she was honored as one of five employees for her meritorious service to the TAGOR S. A. factory, and was the only woman to receive the award that year.
