Richard Ramos

Richard Ramos serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Maritz, where he oversees all financial operations, including reporting, treasury, and risk management. He holds a JD from Saint Louis University School of Law and brings a unique legal perspective to his financial leadership role.

Deeply invested in his community, Richard serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Greater St. Louis. He also supports his alma mater as a member of the University of Missouri-St. Louis Chancellors Council, reflecting a strong commitment to local philanthropy and education.

He uniquely transitioned from a top legal role, including General Counsel at Maritz, to become the companys CFO.
