Rick Waldraff

Rick Waldraff is the President and CEO of Goodwill-West Texas, leveraging an extensive 30-year career in commercial banking where he was an Executive Vice President. He now leads a non-profit with over 450 employees across 35 counties, combining deep financial expertise with a mission-driven focus. He holds a B. B. A. from McMurry University.

Deeply embedded in the Abilene community, Rick serves on the Board of Trustees for Hendrick Health System and the Board of Directors for the Abilene Chamber of Commerce. His leadership extends to past board service for various local non-profits, reflecting a long-standing commitment to the West Texas regions well-being and development.

After three decades in the banking industry, he transitioned to lead a major non-profit, demonstrating a significant career shift towards community service and mission-oriented work.
