Riley Yen is the Co-Founder of Impeccable Chicken, a CPG brand he successfully pitched on Shark Tank, landing offers from all five sharks. Outside of his professional life, Riley is an endurance athlete who has run ultramarathons in Korea and completed a 700-mile solo cycling trip around Taiwan. This journey of self-discovery directly inspired the creation of his company. He also played varsity basketball in high school.

After graduating, he turned down a consulting job at KPMG to bike solo around Taiwan, a trip that sparked the idea for his ready-to-eat chicken company.
