Ritu Malhotra

As the Director of Human Resources at Canon India for over 16 years, she spearheads HR strategy, change management, and talent development. She holds a Masters in Social Work from Delhi University.
Outside of her professional role, Ritu is deeply interested in behavioral science and technology. She is passionate about fostering authentic professional networks and building supportive environments, particularly for women leaders, through sharing life experiences and diverse perspectives.
