Rob Daum is a highly experienced ice hockey coach with a reputation as one of the sports finest technical minds. His career spans North American junior leagues, the AHL, and top European leagues in Austria and Germany. A University of Alberta graduate, he led their Golden Bears team to three national championships.
He is known for a positive coaching philosophy focused on creating an environment where players are motivated to come to the rink. His extensive experience coaching in Europe has given him a deep appreciation for understanding and adapting to players from different cultural backgrounds.
During his ten-year tenure as head coach for the University of Alberta, he was named Canada West Coach of the Year five times.
