Rob Kamentsev, CPA

Rob Kamentsev is the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the ARK Venture Fund, and Director of Financial Reporting & Fund Accounting at ARK Invest. A Certified Public Accountant, he spent over 10 years at KPMG Chicagos Asset Management practice, leading audits for major public and private funds before joining ARK in 2022.

He recently provided public commentary on portfolio positioning when private companies, like SpaceX, go public. This demonstrates his active thought leadership in the venture capital space.

He holds both a Master of Professional Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University.
