He is a graduate of Rich Mountain Community College.
Deeply rooted in his community, Robby is a family man who runs his business alongside his wife, Sherri, and two daughters. He has served for nine years on the Mena School Board and established the Hines Family Endowed Scholarship to support local students. Initially, he didnt want to be a paramedic because he disliked the idea of "blood and guts, " but his father convinced him it was about helping friends and neighbors.
