Roger Yost is the Chief Financial Officer for UPMC in North Central Pennsylvania, bringing over 30 years of healthcare finance experience to the role. He earned his MBA from Seattle University and completed an executive healthcare leadership program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
He is a vocal supporter of community giving and the role philanthropy plays in healthcare. Roger has publicly emphasized the importance of a strong donor community in supporting staff and enabling life-changing care, and is a listed donor to the Susquehanna Health Foundation himself.
During his undergraduate studies, Roger studied Japanese and spent a year abroad in Tokyo, where he interned for Price Waterhouse Coopers.
