An Electrical Engineering graduate from Ben-Gurion University, he used his technical background to address the power imbalance in recruiting. Outside of his entrepreneurial ventures, Ron was a proud father of three children. He built and ran his primary company, JobHunt, alongside his partner, Miriam Brainin, blending his professional drive with his personal life and partnerships.
He was a vocal advocate for the rights of outsourced and contract employees within Israels high-tech industry.
