Dr. Samuel Haywood is a Staff Urologist at the Cleveland Clinic, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of urologic cancers. A graduate of Northwestern Universitys medical school, he completed a fellowship in Urologic Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, focusing his expertise on cancers of the prostate, bladder, and kidneys.
Outside of his medical career, he is a dedicated endurance athlete. Having grown up as a swimmer, he has since transitioned to competing in triathlons, which combines his interests in swimming, biking, and running.
During medical school, he was part of a team that won an award from the Kellogg School of Management for a business plan to improve asthma education.
