Sangeetha Balaji

Sangeetha Balaji is a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Zoho, where she has built a remarkable career over more than 24 years. She began as a front office executive in 2001 and transitioned into HR, now managing employee insurance, process automation, and child daycare. She takes pride in having automated the companys offer letter process.

Outside of her core HR duties, Sangeetha is inspired by leaders like Mother Teresa, valuing empathy, peace, and patience. When not at work, she enjoys South Indian food, and as a child, she aspired to be a singer.
