Sara Sticca

Sara Sticca is a geologist and PhD student at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, focusing on earthquake-induced liquefaction. She is proficient in advanced geotechnical testing and laboratory analysis, including X-ray diffractometry and laser diffraction. She earned her professional geologist license from the Università degli Studi Gabriele dAnnunzio.

Sara is deeply committed to her scientific research and professional development. Her interests extend to the practical application of geology in major industries, as shown by her following of Italian energy and infrastructure companies like Eni and Autostrade per lItalia. She also has a background in scouting, serving as a head educator.

She co-authored a published paper on the geomorphological analysis of San Nicola Island in the Southern Adriatic Sea.
