His career includes senior executive roles such as CIO of the Reserve Bank of Australia and CTO of Westpac. He holds a PhD from the University of Technology Sydney.
Sarv is passionate about community health and wellbeing, having served for nine years on the board of the Can Too Foundation, a charity that trains people for fitness challenges to fund cancer research. He also contributes to academia as a lecturer in Cybersecurity & Risk Management at The University of Sydney Business School.
He recently completed his PhD which focused on developing a "Board Cybersecurity Governance Framework" to improve cyber literacy and oversight at the director level.
