Savannah Padgett is an aspiring marine scientist studying Coastal Environmental Science and Biology at Flagler College. She gains practical experience as an intern at the Saint Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park, focusing on ornithology, and as a teaching assistant for ArcGIS Pro, developing her technical mapping skills.
Outside of her scientific pursuits, Savannah has a background in youth leadership, having been actively involved with Georgia 4-H since the fifth grade, where she served as a District Representative. Her interests also align with environmental protection, showing a professional interest in the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Unique fact: She works directly with the endangered Roseate Spoonbill as part of her internship research.
