Scott Plowman

Scott Plowman is the President and a partner at Smith Brothers Restaurants, the parent company of Parkway Grill. A Pasadena native, he has been with the group since 1985, starting as a busboy and rising through the ranks to become a key figure in the local dining scene.

Outside of his professional commitments, Scott is described as a devoted family man and an avid golfer. His lifelong career within a single Pasadena-based company highlights his deep roots and strong connection to the local community.

He has spent his entire, decades-long career with one company, working his way up from a busboy to become its President and partner.
