Scott Robertson is the Director of Recruitment, Human Resources, and Operations at STT Security Services, where he provides critical solutions. He leverages a background that includes a Master of Education from Xavier University to lead key operational and talent management functions.

Outside of his corporate role, Scott has a profound, long-standing passion for basketball. He has dedicated over 33 years to coaching, serving as an assistant mens basketball coach at Northwood University and also coaching at the high school level.

Scott has successfully balanced his professional career in security and HR with a parallel, decades-long commitment to coaching basketball.
