As the former CEO of Pacific Crest Securities, he transformed the firm from a regional boutique into a leading global technology investment bank. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA from Denison University.
Outside of his primary professional role, Scott has demonstrated a strong commitment to public service and conservation. He serves as Chairman of The Freshwater Trust, guiding its use of analytics to restore freshwater ecosystems, and was Vice Chairman of the Oregon 529 Savings Board, helping grow its assets tenfold.
Under his leadership, Pacific Crest Securities became a key underwriter for major technology IPOs, including Alibaba, Facebook, and Workday.
