Outside of his municipal roles, Sean is committed to education as a part-time instructor at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He teaches advanced courses in the Geographic Information Systems program, helping to develop the next generation of GIS professionals.
He led the creation of COSMOS, an award-winning web mapping solution that was purchased by other cities—a commercial first for the City of Surrey.
