An IE Business School MBA graduate, he has extensive experience developing strategic international ventures and managing procurement for the mining and energy sectors.
He co-founded Kusi Foods with his wife, driven by a shared passion for their native Peruvian cuisine which they missed while living abroad. Their goal is to build Kusi Foods into a major, globally recognized brand for Peruvian products, embodying the Quechua word "Kusi, " which means joy and happiness.
His companys Rocoto Hot Honey won a prestigious sofi™ Award at the 2023 Summer Fancy Food Show.
