Shannon Kay is the Co-founder and COO of Topline Pro, a platform using AI to help home service professionals grow their businesses. Leveraging a background in data analytics from Wayfair and systems engineering from Deloitte, she focuses on building the companys teams, systems, and culture. She started the venture while pursuing a dual MS/MBA degree at Harvard.
Outside of work, Shannon is passionate about empowering small business owners and supporting women in the tech industry. She has spoken about the importance of building a strong network of mentors and peers to navigate the challenges and opportunities within the field. In her personal time, she enjoys running and exploring new coffee shops.
Shannons first venture, Dwelling, was a "telemedicine for your home" concept featured in The New York Times, which she and her co-founder later pivoted into the current Topline Pro model.
