Simon Merchant

His career began in investment banking at Morgan Stanley before he co-founded and sold a financial technology business. He is also a former student of St Pauls School.
Outside of his corporate roles, Simon has a significant commitment to the non-profit sector, serving as the Chair of Trustees for Theatre for a Change. His philanthropic interests also extend to supporting educational institutions and health initiatives such as Movember.
He spent a year living in Accra, Ghana, to build a venture capital firm focused on funding small and medium-sized growth businesses across Sub-Saharan Africa.
