Simon Mills

Simon Mills is the Head of HSEQ at AUSPAN GROUP, bringing 20 years of dedicated health and safety experience from across Australias construction industry. He focuses on the technical and operational aspects of HSEQ, utilizing technology and innovative thinking to improve business processes and safety outcomes.

Outside of his primary role, Simon is deeply committed to his community and industry colleagues, serving as a Director for MATES in Construction. His personal interests include spending time with his family, football, and travel, reflecting a well-rounded and engaged individual.

He is passionate about worker welfare, holding a board position at a charity focused on suicide prevention in the construction industry.
