Sneha Mary Thomas

Sneha Mary Thomas is an MBA student at Kristu Jayanti University with a strong interest in innovation and leadership. She gained practical experience in employee relations and strategic planning during her Human Resources internship at Lakshmi Maternity & Surgical Center, complementing her business administration studies.

Outside of her core studies, Sneha is passionate about using her voice for social causes, demonstrated by her participation in a thought-provoking role-play to raise awareness about womens harassment. She values collaboration and building meaningful professional connections to drive growth and exchange ideas.

She recently secured third place in the People Management round of a business competition called Talento.
