With over a decade of leadership, he focuses on strategic development and fostering industry relationships. He founded the First Foundations program to equip and train Indigenous peoples.
Outside of his primary role, Stan is an active community leader, serving on the boards of Métis business corporations. He is involved with the Entrepreneurs Organization and is an avid squash and hockey player. He is a strong advocate for peer mentorship and sustainable business practices.
He has publicly shared his wife’s deeply personal journey of surviving a plane crash during her RCMP career and her subsequent battle with PTSD.
