Steve Trapp

Steve Trapp is a seasoned manufacturing consultant and the President of Steve Trapp Associates, Inc. A former President and COO of Venture Plastics, he drove revenue from $13M to $46M. He is the 2025 President of the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE), Cleveland Chapter and holds a B. A. from Miami University.

Deeply engaged in the Northeastern Ohio community, Steve is actively involved in professional associations that support the local manufacturing sector. His interests include his alma mater, Miami University, and following the Cleveland Guardians baseball team. He also enjoys participating in local industry events.
