He has held senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President and Chief Lending Officer, managing all aspects of lending operations. Steven holds a Bachelors degree from Missouri State University and is certified in the Omega Commercial Credit Training Plan.
Outside of his primary career, Steven has been deeply involved in his community. He is an alumnus of the Leadership Springfield program and has served on the Ozark Region Workforce Development Board. His contributions to the local business community have been recognized with multiple awards from the HomeBuilders Association.
Unique fact: Steven is a two-time recipient of the HomeBuilders Association Presidents Award (2008 & 2010) and was also named their Associate Individual of the Year.
