Steven Williams

Steven Williams is the CEO of PepsiCo North America, a veteran of the company for over two decades. He has a deep background in sales and general management, having previously led the global Walmart business and served as Chief Commercial Officer for Frito-Lay. He holds an economics degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and completed Harvards Leadership Development Program.

Outside of work, Steven is deeply committed to community service in Dallas, serving as the Board Chair for the United Way and on advisory boards for the SMU Cox School of Business and UT Southwestern Medical Center. He grew up in rural Oklahoma and enjoys educational travel with his family.

He started his career in the food industry at age 13, stocking shelves in a local grocery store.
