She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University and has worked with organizations like Tesco, Altisource, and currently CGI.

Her career has been focused on identifying how to best leverage technology to create effective training and development solutions. She has progressed through roles from LMS administration to her current position as a Learning and Development Specialist.
