He holds an MSc in Strategic Project Management and is often described by peers as innovative, dynamic, and detail-oriented. His focus is on empowering local talent and aligning businesses with regional culture.
Outside of his advisory work, Talib is a columnist, a coach and mentor for entrepreneurs, and serves on the advisory board for the international youth leadership organization AIESEC. In an interview, he revealed his personal motto is to "nurture relationships, dont burn bridges and dont take things personally. "
He has a keen interest in martial arts and starts every day with a cold shower to step outside his comfort zone.
