Ted McNamara

Ted McNamara is the President and Co-Founder of LAUNCH, a venture-building firm focused on creating and scaling new companies. With a background as CFO for M. Gemi and board roles at BRUNT Workwear and Covetrus, he specializes in e-commerce and disrupting consumer industries. He holds a BS from Providence College.

A self-described "basketball junkie, " he is a season ticket holder for the Providence College Friars mens basketball team. He is an active alumnus, having co-chaired fundraising events and spoken to student groups like the Lifestyle & Fashion club about his experience building new brands.

He co-founded the luxury brand M. Gemi to disrupt the high-end market by selling handcrafted Italian shoes directly to consumers online, bypassing traditional retail.
