Terri Pendergraft serves as the Nursing Director of Surgical Services at Baxter Regional Medical Center. An experienced healthcare leader with a BSN from Chamberlain University, she specializes in LEAN Six Sigma and has a history of directing perioperative services at major institutions like UAMS and Baptist Health, including launching a state-of-the-art orthopedic and spine hospital.
