An engineer with a degree from Berufsakademie Stuttgart, his career is rooted in agricultural and construction machinery, including a long tenure at CLAAS developing self-propelled forage harvesters.
Outside of his corporate roles, Thomas is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for mountain climbing, which he uses to recharge. He has a lifelong enthusiasm for agricultural machinery, stemming from a memorable childhood experience with an IHC 433 tractor, which he fondly recounts.
At the age of three, he unintentionally started a tractor with the first gear engaged, leading to his first solo driving experience.
