Tim Connell
Pioneer · DISC type SIDTim Connell is an entrepreneur who, after a successful 35-year career in insurance where he grew his agency over 10x, founded Imagine Technical Institute to support workforce development. Following a life-altering car accident in 2012, Tim reprioritized his life to focus on his family and community advocacy. A husband and father of three, his passion for disability advocacy is deeply personal, inspired by his sons autism diagnosis. He is now dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities.
After selling his successful insurance company, he used the proceeds to start Imagine Technical Institute, a school for workforce development for the developmentally disabled.
