Tim Eisfeld is the Senior Vice President and Head of the Light Equipment business unit at BOMAG, where he also serves on the Board of Management. A graduate industrial engineer, he has extensive international experience, having held key product management and marketing roles for the company across Europe, Asia, and North America since 2011.
Outside of his direct responsibilities, Tim maintains a keen interest in the broader heavy equipment industry. He actively follows major competitors and innovators in the construction machinery space, including Caterpillar, Volvo Construction Equipment, and John Deere, indicating a passion for the sectors competitive landscape and technological advancements.
Before joining BOMAG, Tim spent nine years as a senior product manager at Kärcher, where he developed their municipal technology business.
