Tim Mead

Tim Mead is the Managing Director at GB Innomech, where he spearheads the development of innovative automation for manufacturing and instrumentation. With a background in mechanical engineering and experience in medical devices and drug discovery, he focuses on improving product quality and reducing costs for clients. A former colleague praised his exceptional understanding of engineering fundamentals.

Outside of his professional life, Tim dedicates time to community service, including assisting with a local Scouts group. Growing up on a farm instilled a foundational interest in tinkering with machinery. He also actively promotes engineering as a career choice in local schools and colleges.

One of his proudest career moments was developing knee cartilage repair implants and seeing the project through from prototype to use in human patients.
