Tina Rasmussen is the Chief Executive Officer for MLTC Industrial Investments, the economic development arm of the Meadow Lake Tribal Council. A University of Saskatchewan graduate, she is a certified Professional Economic Developer focused on creating business opportunities and partnerships for the nine MLTC First Nations in sectors like forestry, renewables, and broadband.
A proud member of the Flying Dust First Nation, Tina is deeply focused on community, environmental stewardship, and economic advancement for Indigenous peoples. She serves as a Director for the Saskatchewan Region on the board of the National Aboriginal Capital Corporations Association (NACCA), advocating for Indigenous financial institutions.
Tina was instrumental in securing major power purchase agreements with SaskPower for 100MW of solar and 200MW of wind energy projects, where partnering nations are majority owners.
