A PMP-certified project manager and former U. S. Army Field Grade Officer, he has extensive experience leading complex programs and previously served as a Director of Training at the Cyber Center of Excellence.
Tom is passionate about developing the next generation of cyber talent. He actively spearheads and hosts competitive Capture the Flag (CTF) events for middle school, high school, and university students, creating engaging environments for them to hone their skills and foster an interest in cybersecurity careers.
He organizes an annual international CTF competition that brings together military and collegiate teams from over a dozen countries to enhance global cyber partnerships.
