Tom Campbell is the Chief Executive Officer of E-ACT, a national multi-academy trust. With a background in psychology and an MBA from Cambridge, he focuses on organizational development and leveraging EdTech and AI to enhance educational outcomes. He has over two decades of experience transforming schools, especially those in disadvantaged communities.
Outside of his professional duties, Tom is deeply involved in community sports. He serves as the Chair of the Leicestershire and Rutland Cricket Foundation and is a board member of the Leicestershire County Cricket Club, using cricket as a vehicle for social impact and to improve the life chances of young people.
He became a headteacher at age 30, taking on a school described at the time as "the most challenging school in England" and leading it to a "good" Ofsted rating.
