Tom Decker, PhD, MBA, BB

Tom is a global biopharmaceutical executive at Merck, where he leads strategic initiatives and portfolio management for small molecules, biologics, and vaccines. He specializes in integrating advanced technologies like AI and robotics to accelerate drug discovery and development. He holds a degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Outside of his corporate role, Tom is an Adjunct Professor at Villanova Universitys School of Business.
