Tom Ladbrook

Tom is a strategic, people-focused leader serving as the Head of Operations at Worldwide Fruit. With a qualification in Food & Drink Manufacturing, he has extensive experience in operations, engineering, and project management. He is known for leading high-performing teams and delivering operational excellence in fast-paced environments, having risen through the ranks at his current company.

Outside of work, Tom is actively involved in his community. He recently helped organize a charity fundraising day that was a resounding success, demonstrating his commitment to supporting local causes and bringing people together for a positive purpose. He expressed immense pride in everyone who contributed to the events success.
