Tracy Ridler is the Founder and CEO of the Centre for Native Nation Builders, leveraging her expertise in management consulting to foster Indigenous-led governance and economic development. She is a PhD candidate focusing on how entrepreneurship builds community. Her experience includes leading the Build Native program at Shopify and graduating with an MBA from Simon Fraser University.
Tracy is a member of the Ts’msyen Nation from the Kitsumkalum First Nation and lives in East Vancouver with her partner and three children. Her work is deeply grounded in her cultural identity and the responsibility she feels toward future generations, emphasizing relationship, respect, and honesty in community building.
After Shopify shut down the Build Native program she co-founded, she took the initiative back and is relaunching it through her own organization.
