Troy Alley, MAI

Troy Alley is the COO and President of the Real Estate Capital Assets Division at Con-Real, LP, holding the prestigious MAI designation in real estate appraisal. An alumnus of the University of Arkansas, he earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University and completed advanced real estate studies at MIT.

Deeply committed to community service and philanthropy, he was instrumental in developing programs to support underrepresented students in engineering. He serves on numerous boards, including for the SMU Cox School of Business and the University of Arkansas College of Engineering, demonstrating a passion for education and mentorship.

He was the first African American to receive the Member Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation in North Texas.
