Urusa Imran is the Director of Business Development at SAMANA Developers, where she champions a vision prioritizing technological innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric design. Holding an MSc in Entrepreneurship, she was recently honored as one of the "50 Future Architects of Legacy" for her significant contributions to redefining the real estate industry.

Guided by her fathers advice to "always leave things better than you found them, " Urusa is deeply committed to social impact. In 2022, she founded the Women Empowerment Unit at Samana, boosting female representation to 48%. She actively supports female entrepreneurs through targeted initiatives and mentorship programs.

In a notable CSR campaign, she led an initiative to provide 50 female entrepreneurs with free-of-charge serviced workspaces to help them launch their businesses.
