Werner Mary

Mary Werner is the R&D Director for Specialty Beauty at Procter & Gamble, leading innovation for acquired brands like Tula and Farmacy. A Purdue chemical engineering graduate with a 20+ year career at P&G, she has guided over 50 global product launches for Olay and SK-II.

Mary demonstrates a strong connection to her alma mater, Purdue University. After graduating, she spent a decade as a campus recruiter for P&G and frequently returns to the university to serve as a panel speaker, mentoring engineering students.

In recognition of her distinguished career, Mary was inducted into Purdue Universitys Professional Practice Hall of Fame in October 2025.
