Zachary Harrington

Zachary Harrington is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Esports Development and Growth Enterprise (EDGE). He leverages his pioneering experience founding the varsity esports program at Shenandoah University to help organizations build their own esports ecosystems. He holds a degree in Sport and Recreation Management.

Zachary is deeply embedded in the gaming world, with a strong interest in major publishers like Activision and Blizzard Entertainment. His career path demonstrates a successful transition of a personal passion for gaming into a professional focus on developing the industrys infrastructure and talent pipeline.

He launched and coached one of the first varsity university esports programs in the U.S.
