Zak Houlahan

Zak Houlahan is a cross-sector leader with over 20 years of experience driving large-scale business transformations in the aviation, energy, and infrastructure sectors. As CEO of Achieve together, he applies his expertise in M&A and operational redesign to the adult social care industry. People who have worked with him describe him as inspirational, resilient, and a great team builder.

Outside of work, Zak has a passion for boxing, which he has been involved with since he was young, and an interest in exploration and archaeology. A self-confessed "petrol head, " he owns a Mercedes SL but also enjoys driving his familys electric vehicle. He frequently holidays in Majorca, a destination hes visited since childhood.

His career pivot into social care was inspired by his own life; he saw firsthand how the right support can change everything during his familys tough times.
