Aaron Yamniuk

Aaron Yamniuk serves as the Vice President of Protein Science at AbCellera, where he applies his expertise as a biophysicist and pharmacologist to biotherapeutic discovery and engineering. He holds a Ph. D. from the University of Calgary, and colleagues have described his input as integral and helpful.

Outside of his scientific work, Aaron is passionate about staying active and spending time outdoors. His personal interests include playing hockey, general fitness, biking, and hiking. He also prioritizes spending valuable time with his family.

Aaron is a named inventor on numerous patents for his work in developing therapeutic monoclonal antibodies, specifically those targeting the CD40 protein.
