Aastha Katyal

Aastha Katyal is a creative professional who transitioned from a decade-long career as a Creative Producer in film and television to founding Mitti and Mind. She now designs and facilitates experiential workshops using clay to help corporate teams and leaders explore collaboration and adaptability. People who have worked with her describe her as intuitive, empathetic, and imaginative.

Following a period of professional burnout, Aastha discovered pottery, which became a transformative passion. She moved from Mumbai back to Gurugram, embraces a slow living philosophy, and finds inspiration in nature. She continues her personal practice as a ceramic artist, creating commissioned pieces for brands and spaces, and has completed an artist residency in Andretta.

She uniquely leverages her personal journey and artistic skills to teach corporate teams about patterns of control, discomfort, and collaboration through the tactile process of working with clay.
